Help with X7 front brake mount!!!!

I got my X7 2 days ago but I still don't have time to ride it yet, since I am still trying to configure the front brake. I realize that my break (not the brake pad) but the inner brake itself is rubbing agains the disc. I think when the weld the brake mount either the position is off or the metal plate is abit bent.

Any idea if I should try to find a new stock front fork or is there something I can do here??

Oh man sorry to hear that. Yeh that's why I spend the whole day to check for any problem before I go ride on that thing. Well did you get it fix yet?? I guess I might have to get a new fork or a replacement... but then I don't have a shop around my area that will sell stock parts for X7/380X.
