hey guys, well i got my first pocket bike yesterday. its 49cc.
the one i have i got from Daymak.

i have a few questions.
1. what is the make of this? is it made by daymak?
2. does it have a governer? if so can i take it off? the reason i ask is because while going down a hill, it seemed that i stopped picking up speed about half way down and i felt it start slowing even when i had the throttle pegged.
3. when i go full out, it seems to slow down. in order to go at top speed i have to reduce the amount that i turn the throttle.
4. the air filter broke off and i rode it without it for about an hour today. did i ruin the carberator?
5. its EXTREMLY loud. is there any way of silencing it? i heard you can put on a lawn mower muffler to quiet it down? i took off the muffler and added in abit more stuffing to try and muffle it abit.
6. is the choke on when the lever is up or down? i cant start the bike when it is on up.
i would really like to keep as much power, if not moreby getting a new muffler or whatever.
