The kit is a pretty simple install. The throttle return springs I got with mine were too short so I picked up some from a local hardware. You will have to fab something to hang the pipe, as it wasn't a direct fit for either of my X1s. I just mounted the hanger that they give you right behind the seat rubbers and got a long stainless bolt and some nuts to hang the pipe from. I also used the short pipe adapter that came with the pipe, along with the stock header pipe. I agree that this would be the perfect time to add a boost bottle, which you can probably do for much less than described in this thread.

How To/Formula for Making Your Own Boost Tube

If you go to the "How To's" you will see a pic of how to modify your intake when adding a boost bottle. It's pretty easy, just need a small drill bit.

Either look up Oneillbrothersracing.com or go on Ebay and search for "pocket bike exhaust". On ebay most of their stuff has a red background in their pics.

the carb doesnt have the Walbro name or any numbers on it, thats why I thought it was a knock off. Is it bigger than stock? The choke assembly looks like it will block airflow

How should I mount the carb, with the primer bulb on top or bottom?
Or does it matter
