Boost bottles are mostly ****e, at least according to the majority of those who have tried them on various engines. But as StrayDawg63 says, they can also do some good!
Yamaha had "boost bottles" on their RD's, (Probably not ALL RD's but many of them.) it can clear out annoying flatspots but they can also make it worse if they are the wrong size. I have no idea what size it shall be on a cag though. Probably very small, like the size of a chopped off finger!

That's the size on RD350 anyway. Maybe the size of one chopped of finger, but split in 7 parts, (350/7=50) and then you take one part for 50cc's? Hehe, naah I dunno.
Edit: I personally wouldn't waste my money on a boost bottle simply because it is a big risk that it doesn't do squat to performance. I would save them for something else. But that's me...
