New exhaust wont fit! :(

alright. I bought a PBU super pipe for my 49CC cat eye pocket bike. I went to PBU's site and went to CAT EYE UPGRADES then clicked on EXHAUST SYSTEM. I clicked on the Super pipe for 49cc MODELS and bought the clearcoat finished pipe. I recieved the pipe yesterday and it was missing the "T" looking part that connects the exhaust to the engine. It was also missing the spring. I called them and they are sending me the left out parts. But while I am waiting for the 2 parts I decided to dry fit the pipe and it doesent seem to fit. It seems like it is to round or wide to fit between the rear shock and the frame. anyone else have this problem? Ill take pictures later as I just got home from work. But if anyone could help me out it would be great.
