Here's one I did, must appear stock.
6.5 hp, about 60 mph and too stupid to even drive. But it's cool none the less, only took about a week, and a tonne of mods.
P.s
the red Cage is mine.
Enjoy
Put it this way, That's 200 cc's, front sprocket is 12 teeth rear is 60, takes off like a bandit. It's about 30 lbs heavier, but will wheelie on power. It will also do a rolling burnout with no problems, will spin the rear tire at full lean in a corner, and kick out from under if ya let it.
That picture does not show the lower fairing on, but we have cut it out around the pull start shroud, and with the two halves together, you can't tell the motor is not supposed to be there. We even used the stock exhaust pipe, just heated it up a bit to get it to move where we wanted it to go..
I have a bunch of tricks, but only one at a time.
I wouldn't want to wear out my welcome.
Dude it's alot of work, if ya notice the swingarm has been flipped, the frame has been totally re welded after those pictures were taken, a relief was cut into the bottom of the "new" frame rail for chain clearance.Nothing too hard, just a lot of little ****y stuff you don't know about till you get things lined up.
You'll see, but hey if you have any questions, feel free.
I also have a honda xr 50 that'll kill ya too.
anyway, gotta go wifes a hollerin.
jethro...you have a 50 swap too ? mine is going to be very ****y as well , i can already see that the front down tube is going to need to be relocated ,and the engine plates to high ...motor hits front tire ...im thankin of puttin in on an angle

cobraace vbmenu_register("postmenu_24073", true); ,that looks sweet dude!how long you think till you get it fully done and ready to ride?i want to see some footage of it when its done.good job!!!!!
it's been done now for a week or so, we've been thrashing it down in a local parking lot after hours. It's held together great so far.The back tire is bald and the brakes are now inadequate, so we will be upgrading to hydraulic (mountain bike stuff). That should solve our problem.Other than that it's going great and we are planning to do another one in a week or so.It should be better, and go alot smother.
alright ,..i've cut the front down tube and the motor fits........... now all i have to do is retro fit the sprocket , chain , and have mounts welded .
YEA THE ENGINE HAS HAD STREET USE ONLY,AND ONLY THE FINEST OILS RAN IN HER (CAN'T REMBER THE TYPE ) THE GUY I BOUGHT IT FROM , HAS MOTARD HIS BIKE OUT, AND IS SWAPPIN IT FOR 70 CC. I'VE YEAT TO WELD ANT THING BUT I CAN'T WAIT....... .... I'LL BE USING AN A FRAME UP FRONT, OR A PIPE ON EACH SIDE OF THE HEAD. OH THE MOTOR IS A 2003!
