Question which one is better?

Hey i think i have narrowed my search down two 3 bikes and i was wondering if i could get some opionions before i bought them.
1- apc (pep boys) or x1 (i think its called) midbike
2-xp490 midbike
3-2007 Scootercrew rocket Pocket Bike

I like the X1 although i dont own it it looks pretty cool

The X1 is nice but the PEP BOYS one is a little bit lighter and cheapier made.
