Thumbs up Proline X-1 Racing Pipe Review

WOW! Is the first thing I must say and man this pipe is BAD***! I have seen over 10,800 rpms out of my sooo slow 49cc X1 engine with this pipe! While driving at WOT the tach was reading 9,280 rpms under full load. This engine still has the stock carb on and the air filter is the only aftermarket mod.
I only.....
1-installed Air filter w/stack-------$25
2-cleaned up the ports some ------2 hrs
3-installed the Proline Racing pipe--30 min. including making new gaskets
4-tuned CVT----------------------10 min (once you figure it out)

With only these 4 modifactions my X-1 (with CVT) is pulling these rpms running the stock gearing. Top speed has yet to be measured but I know its more than 41mph. Thanks to Kirk at Proline Racing for Sending these pipe Overnight so I could make the race!!!!!!!!,Troy Gansen

DID I SAY THIS PIPE IS LOUD AND ITS SOUNDS SOOO GOOD!!!!!

No they are still hot off the weldre and will be up there for a little while anyways. Proline racing has a thread on there site, check them out and work him through some emails. He might come down a little bit.
