Put down your top speed

put down your top speeds in mph, then put down your all your performance mods, Be honest. I wanna know what mods you think are the best and which ones you regret getting!

Radar clocked my X2 w/CVT at 35ish. I'm 5'5 160#. Mods are schwin spdometer/15mm carb/vstack/homemade boost bottle/rocketkey/pacsale pipe and 54t sprocket. Don't know if I'll gain more on topspeed if I were to reinstall the stock sprocket (44t). I've got mad torque with the 54t. Noticeable when goin up steep inclines. Best improvement was the pipe since it was the last thing I installed. You'll definately notice the gains between the powerbands. Fortunately,no regrets on any of the parts since most were hand me downs from hommies that had moved on to the X7's.

the main thing i got from the carb was more torque and probably 2-3 mph from tuning but i couldnt tell too much and i think the airfilter vstack n choke added about 2 mph as well (i put on vstack choke n filter then later on i put on carb) but b4 i tuned i jus got a bit more torque n lost some speed.... so remember to tune (way i did top end was go out do max speed and listen to max rpm then stop turn the high adjustment screw and kept on doing that since i thought it would take too long trying to hold up and rev.....

probably so because all the spring does is give the throttle cord a little bit more because the spring makes about | | left to go

I predict the claimed mph #'s will rise inversly proportional to reality.

since you removed your spring I would put the idle up on your carb alittle more to help it start up and plus ya the cold weather is a ***** with my bike I have to pull start it daily now :-/

Cateyes, 32.7 mph schwinn speed. Proline rattlesnake pipe, walbro wt-603 carb, lift kit, and vstack+filter. Note the carb IS NOT tuned, to loud to do around the neighborhood and no tracks in atlanta really.
