Starter and Wiring Help

Today my cousin brought me his Cateye to fix the electric starter.
We decided to strip all the wiring and remove the harness. We also cut the wires from the brake levers. The original start button wire is still there. The pull starter is broken and he wants to electric start it until the new pull start arrives.

Is there a way i can wire-up a simple harness to get the bike started? I still have the charge port, relay, battery, and battery charger.

Thanks.
