turn-n-low, my cateyes is wayyyy better than yours. i'd like to see some pics of yours. you sound pretty fake to me.. i've had plenty of experience building up race motors, lightening up cars, working on suspension, and racing on the track. i've built mine up and i'm still finishing up some work on the crank. if you want to start a little debate on how fast these bikes can go with some work, then lets start one.

you say adding 91 octane to a turbocharged/supercharged car is useless, just like tuning a stock carb.. obviously you have no idea what you are talking about.
oh and cvts are only 1 spd, not 2 spd. they are belt driven! do you see dual belts on there? did yours come special? again, 99% will completely disagree with you.

First post here. I have a 49cc cateyes with a v stak and schwin digital speedo. I went 30.2 today slightly downhill with a busted off muffler. I'm 6' 205 lbs.
My brother has a 49cc cateyes stock with a schwin digital speedo went 32.8 mph slightly downhill. He is 5'10 210 lbs. I think my lack of a muffler was really hurting my performance today.

Just one question??? did you do each one of those mods and then do a speed run with a radar gun,, or are you just estimating. your estimations sound a little inflated. I put a rocket key on my cag, and it wasn't a huge change. in fact it was barely noticeable. I did a crap load of mods to my cag. race piston, pipe, carb, airfilter, ported head, 8 tooth front sprocket. The one thing that gained the most speed was the sprocket. it takes forever for the bike to get to speed it only goes 35mph.

There is a USMGP race coming to Las Vegas on sept 25th and 26th. They have a cateye class. lets just compare lap times My DM 10HP against your X-whatever
