Will It fit !!!

Hi i live in england (uk) and have recently bought and x7. i have been truly pleased with it but now comes the mods! i want to fit a filter prefereably the cone style one but looking on some websites i dont think it will fit as many other people just have the small cylinder one or the ufo style one to make it fit is this true many regards

The reason some are not fitting is because there are different V-stacks being sent out by different sellers...
It would be best to buy from a seller that knows the part being sent out is for an X7 bike... The smaller ones people are getting are for Cags......

if you had the dimensions of the filter i might be able to help, i run a prototype velocity stack i mad myself and use a k&n filter. the length of my filter is 78mm from the end of the filter to the end of the rubber mounting point. the filter is about 2mm away from the shock mount. The x7 did come with 2 differnt shock mounting positions. 1 the shock was mounted forward towards the motor. 2 the shock was mounted away from the motor. in this pic i have the forward mounted shock frame. also adding this filter did require me to remove the motor.

i dont know the messurements but from peoples knowledge or own experience can some one help!!!!

it should fit but nto much spare room for like juicebox so id say get a UFO filter
