X2 stock tires *** approved?

I was just wondering for legal purposes are the stock X2 tires *** approved? If so the X2 is street legal here in Indiana.

I'm not an x2 owner but from my grasp of it none of the pb's have *** tires factory. I mean they are MASS produced in china so I'm not envisioning them having *** rules or caring about them.

They say, "For racing use only, Not for highway use". Its embossed right in the sidewalls of the tires. Hope that doesnt ruin your day!

im pretty sure nothing is *** approved on the stock bikes...
except wen u put ur helmet on wen u ride...
