X3 vs. X2

In the FAQ thread there is a pic of an X3 that look like it had different headlights on an X2 body. Yet when i go to numerous websites it lists the X3 as being only 24" tall and the rear section looks nothing like the one pictured here. Are people trying to pass off generic bikes as X3's?

the x3 has a orange motor where the x2 has a black one
and the x3 comes with a tuned pipe where the x2 does not

trust me that pipe is not tuned, we tested it and it is horrible. The X names are assigned by sellers, the bikes are usually all labeled X1 and people just use 1 2 and 3 as ways to differentiate them but of course there are many sellers who just label them whatever as there is no real standard.
