6.5 tire conversion?


does anyone know if you can do the 6.5 inch tire conversion on a polini 910 like you can on the blatas?

You have to replace the front fork assembly to the 911 forks and triple clamps.

midsouth mini moto has those for 260!!!!!!!!! i am getting a 910 to and it has the 5in. wheels which is wierd becasue its a 6,2 liquid...is there any of these cheaper!

The older Carenas came with 5 inch wheels and the newer version has optional with 6.5 inch wheels. I bought my son the 5 inch version but the good thing is I can upgrade without having to make changes just find 6.5 inch rims I hope

you dont have to have the 911 front end.. any front end will work.. just as long as it is inteded for used with 6.5" rims

the older stock Carena forks will not accept 6.5 without some changes. The rear is fine but not the front forks. The newer Carenas will accept both we measured the forks. You can try but the brake assembly may not fit correctly and you will have to remove the front fender. The RC40 forks will work though.
