BZM 6T 50cc Cooling

Hey.

I need to know where the 50cc 6T BZM Racing cylinder is getting intakecoolant from.
Seems like it getting for channel under the crankcase, but also on the middel of the cylinder?

Re: BZM 6T 50cc Cooling

The Intake coolant enters through a coolant nipple on the intake side of the cylinder. As it flows through the cylinder it then exits through the coolant nipple on the top of the head out to the radiator.

yes they are, they use the same cast for the blata compatible and gp3 compatible bzm heads that have water flowing through them.

Perfect.
Im building a costum 50cc Racer, and the BZM cylinder is my favorit bet on a top HP cylinder.
But the block i intend to use it on, does noget have coolant channels, so it would be difficult if they were to be fabricated.

So are you using a polini or bzm cases??? Got any pics ?? that will help a bunch . the polini cases dont use any type of case cooling like the BZM or blata . cylinder and head injected cooling only on the polini based motors . I have a polini bottom end with a BZM top end . Show us what you have and we can help you a little better

The 620 and gold cases have a provision for crancase coolent flow (like blata) but they had issues and left them cylinder cooled only?
