Ergal Spocket

Which is better? Could anyone tell me if I should stick with Polini steel spocket or go for BZM ergal billet alloy spocket for GP4? Any why?

the ergal bzm sprockets are a whole world lighter. and the whole point of the gp3 setup is to reduce rotating mass

they also have two offsets so you can set the chain alignment a bit different if you need to. i run them on my dreambike but i want to get them for my gp3 as well. but they have 3 holes instead of the 4 the genuine polini stuff does..

Bzm now have them in 4 hole.

havent you got a replica bike though? all the reps have a 3 bolt wheel. the genuine has the 4 bolt.

but yes if you do have the genuine wheel go for it. the bzm ones weight Sweet fark all. and are very well made.

Used to own one rep. But that was history. Now I have the real one. GP4 not 3. But anyhow, thanks for your advice. I think I will go for the BZM spockets.

By the way, are polini 4 hole spocket for the gp3/4/5 made of steel or are they also alloy? Checking, just to be sure.
