*Rialto Saturday Ride Nite*
Well guys, Yesterday, I was overly anxious and i left work at 3:45 pm and left for Rialto around 5 I think. All was going well until I hit Glendora. My car starts to overheat so I pulled it over to the side to let it cool...bad thermostat on car. Once I got to the track, my mind was still on my car. My car F up my day, couldn't get my mind off of it.....until i hit that track....Wow....that badboy was smoooooooooooooth. I love Rialto race track, but i left around 11, because my friend Gabe was tired and hes my competition. Just like I thought, This course needs more tight turns. I WOT most of this course and let off a little on the Chicane. I got video of me tearing the track up by CBRMAN (Joe). My first lap out there, jsut gettin the feel of the track, I could instantly feel the grip that this track has in the corners. No dust, which is a plus....When i WOT and I leaned quite a bit on the last left before entering the middle, I could sometimes feel my front tire lowsliding, but this track is soo gripy, I saved it all the time without any fears, unlike when its dusty, I just slide on my *** for a good five feet like at LAX.....this track is sooo fast, the last left exiting the middle section, going into the straight away, I was going a little too fast, and went head on into the concrete barier....I tried slowing down by sliding on my leathers, holding onto my bike the whole time before I hit, but I was jsut too wide and fast. Luckly the bikes ok. Hopefully I will have video up of me on the track soon. |
