Just wondering if the bike on scootertopia.com is a good deal. The 39cc, 14hp grc.

That is the new water-cooled Cag. It's not a GRC. It's a B-1 Origami copy I believe. A new 14 HP GRC is about $3000 new.

Check out the Cag section. They are discussing it over there.
