max rpm's for blata2.5, polini etc..

just trying to get an idea of what the stock euros are getting RPM wise.. i know the blata spec sheet shows 11k for the stock a/c 2.5... can some people post your max or peak RPM #'s with the bike and any mods or any hp #'s you may have.

I've seen 15,500 on the wrs.
the others are probably similar depending on piston, squish, etc

My B1 gets 14800 showing on the GPT, though it did run a wrist pin recently.

11,000 according to specs. anyone have a tiny tach laying around?

RPMs loaded (the only ones that matter)
Giannini R1 50cc Open- 16,900rpms and not done yet/15-16hp
Giannini R1 Super Prod.-16100rpms and not done yet/10-11hp
Giannini R1 A/C Prod.-15,500rpms about finished/around 9.5hp
Banshee with BZM 40cc Open-15,000 and done/around 12 hp

Keep in mind that the rpms are not the all singing, all dancing measure of engine performance. It depends on how and in what range of the powerband the engine does it's best work in. The selection of correct gearing for the track based on how a pocketbike motor puts down it's power may be the difference in 1st and fifth place.

My blata 2.5 fully modified was dynoed at 13,500 I was very impressed

My sons DM with Polini 3-port and Dellorto SHA 14/14 did 16500 unrestricted and 16000 on the GPT with restriction-flange at the exhaustport, unloaded.

At the track with 7/66 gearing 13900 restricted.

78 jet unrestricted and 70 restricted.
