Need Help With Blata ELite 11

i have a blata elite 11 Rare Bike

ok here is the problem when i start the bike it works good for a ride up and down the block.after the second ride the bike starts to stutter then shut off.
what may be the problem..

i am thinkin that it could be the Carb..OR the Coil

sorry got no videos or pics of the bike up yet
