Woopie! wait this long for something new from Blata and this is what they come up with. Wow I'm really dissapointed in Blata's engineering department. Bold new graphics and colors to impress nobody but show boat posers, that's lame.....

All I see is a couple new/revised parts that should have been replaced or looked at years ago. Don't get me wrong, I have always been a die hard Blata fan but this new model is far from being creative or leading technology. I had a fart that was more exciting then this news.

Hi there, I have seen the bike in CZ and have a 2008 model with the new frame geometri so if you havent try or seen this bike in reality I think you are to hard in your judgement. Apart from this the bike is much cheaper then the DM GRC BMS with same specifications. Admitted there could have been more but do people have money !

I couldn't agree more. Good to see you back, NosMan.

IMHO, the Elite series of bikes are pretty decent...but Blata is aiming at the bottom end of the market by competing on price with other manufacturers. They are the cag of Euro bikes.

In Australia they will retail for $3700 for the standard model and $4400 for the Victory model.
The bike now handles much better than the previous model and is the most powerful factory 40cc bike ever made.

The price level is the same for Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Yes it is powerful and actually our Blata Racing Team Denmark took a 6 place Senior Mini/Midi in the UEM 2008. It may not sound much but our rider is the oldest and the difference in weigth is that 1# to 5# is 18-20 kg below our rider. Our B1 KIT is still out of the box se-up and we are only maintained the bike with new piston ring, packings and seal for each 20 hours og ride. Clutch is Blata standard. Only the foot pegs are modifyed. So in reality Blata is providing a full race bike ready to win for aprox. 800 USD/ AUD less then the competitors from Itlay. (at least her in Europe)

Re: NEW B2 Origami By Blata

Sorry but i think that my Blata RM is strong enough, because i had won the European Chanpionship, and Hanika(Karel) had won also on a B2 the European championship.
But i ride almost a year with the Blata Elite RM
Further, good luck and maybe i woud see somewone @ the European Championship next year

Hang on to your money until the new Blata 50cc B2 Origami comes out in the next 3-4 months.
If anyone knows how well the Blata 40cc goes they will be sure to invest in the 50cc when it arrives.
