just did it. its actually 6.6 inch in the front, 6.1 in the back. You can buy the kit from Midsouth, or just buy a rolling chassis with the bigger rims and swap it over.
kit includes:
Front 6.6 inch wheel and corresponding tire
Back 6.1 inch wheel and corresponding tire
Longer headstock
911 forks
911 triple clamps
All appropriate hardware
Does your front rub on the fairings? Mine does a little. Check my gallery and let me know. I posted up my pics of the bike.
Nope. I noticed on the fairing that came with the Rolling Chassis that it was trimmed down. I got out my dremel, put them side by side, and cut the black bodywork to the right amount (which was whatever has been taken off of the Blue bodywork). Then I installed it, and never had a problem. I think 1/4" would do it. It is the Forks that are rubbing, not the wheel itself right?

I'm not sure. Thats just how it came. The rear end will fit a 6.5 for sure, with no modification, and now that I have the 911 forks on the front, a 6.5 should fit up there as well. I was thinking of going the extra mile and getting 6.5's for the front, but now I am selling the bike to get something new for next season, so it isnt worth it.

I see that midsouthminimoto has a polini 910 to 911 front fork conversion. Is this all that is needed to do a conversion?
