Question Polini Clutch In Origami Engine Question

Hi everyone.
I have just built a Blata Origami engine from new parts. I am gonna be using a Polini clutch and I was wanting to know if I should use a different adjustment to the reccomended 25mm for running in purposes. Obviously the clutch has to bed in, but so does everything else! I am thinking that I should take it easy on the clutch for the 1st tank of 25:1 so that the engine is not overworked during this time. What do you suggest?

Thanks.

Because Polini parts are very cheap and very reliable and very available. If a standard Polini 2-shoe clutch is good enough for 13HP Polini's, it is good enough for my Factory Origami Engine.

I have a B1 and am running a 2 shoe polini clutch and it works better in my opnion than the 3 shoe stock blata clutch. but that is my opnion. but as far as working the only problem I found is you need to but a washer between the clutch and the crank nut to prevent the clutch from coming loose while you are riding.

Thanks for the useful info Whiteknight.
