Re: Awsome race 1

Thanks to all who came out to TPBRA first even of the season.
we had a really good turn out and thanks to a few supper-prody and 40open racers we had a really good 50open race.. even thought we couldn't keep up it was a big nice race.

congratulations to those of you who received awards for being the top racers in your class for the 05' season. keep it up!

Many thanks to Stuart & Melissa, Dan, Paul, and the staff at Iron Rock Raceways for bringing this event together.

special thanks go out to the wife’s and girlfriends/ families that support us day in and day out at the track.

check TPBRA.com for point standings

Hope to see you all out at San Antonio during bike week

Thanks
Jonathan

Re: Awsome race 1

I wanted to thank everyone for coming out I think it was probably the best race I have been to, at least the most fun.

Hope everyone had a good time and we will see you at the next race.

Re: Awsome race 1

I too would like to thank Stuart, Melissa, Dan & Paul for organizing the event. The Iron Rock staff did a great job too. I especially liked that they came around with their carts to get riders stuck out on the track. Saved a long walk back to the pits with a broken bike!

I also want to thank all the Seniors for looking out for Canyin on the track. He had initially expressed some concern about being out there with the adults, but at the end of the day he said he had a great time. Hopefully we'll get more Juniors at future events.

It was a lot of fun and I look forward to the next event.

Well, the weatherman was way off with the 5-10 mph winds prediciton (it was well above that), but otherwise it was a great event.

Mike, it was great having you out.. Hopefully you'll put the carburetor gremlins to rest and give Jimmer a contest (someone needs to!)

The "other" Mike

Btw Elo, I only crashed twice in 6 different races!!! Probably a new record!!!

Stuart, I DNFed in the 40cc open race. Ran out of gas in turn 4 on the last lap. Now if you still want to credit me with 4th, I'll take it.

Re: Awsome race 1

Choon thanks for the update I will fix it. The break down in the transponder system made scoring a little difficult.

Re: Awsome race 1

I checked it and it seemed to work fine for me and a couple other people maybe there was a hickup in between me updating it. It should be fine now.
