i would not buy this bike cause the bikes from canadian tire are very low quality and are hard to find parts for i would suggest a used bike like a honda suzuki kawasaki ktm or yamaha but if that is your price be prepared to fix it im not dissin the bike i am just sayin from personal experience

Look on your local craigslist and surounding areas youre willing to travel to....You can get a better quality Japan made dirtbike between $300 and $1000.00.And can be fixed at a dealer. Those Cheapo Chinese dirtbikes look cool but dont last too long ............youll be in for double its worth in half its lifetime owning it..........with fix-it parts and upgrades;plus spend more time wrenching on it and staring at it..........wishing the parts could get there so you can ride it.........

At 14 years old I was riding a 1982 Suzuki PE175 2 stroke Enduro.............That was a long time ago;-lol

Hed probably be good with a KLX110/XR100/SP100.Its bigger than a 80 which hed grow out of and smaller than a 125 so he cant really get hurt........You can add camshafts and stinger exhausts and stuff to juice them up also.............to make them as fast as a stock 125 4 stroke

The bike is perfectly fine i would say but i would say if you listen to cam and look around you may get more bang for your buck.
