Carby overflowing???

Hi all,
I bought a pocket dirt bike for my daughter & she loves it & she gets a fare bit of speed out of it too. The only problem is that fuel has started running out of the small pipe that runs under the carby (I assume this is the overflow pipe).
The bike still runs & is rideable but the fuel just keeps running out of the pipe, plus the bike wont idle anymore.
Please help.

Dan
