Finally got my mini quad from MPR , Disaster

Well what I read here was correct on MPR ! The bike was utterly destroyed . If they thought that packaging could make it around the block let alone from CA to CT they are nuts ! NO rear wheels or anything that wasn't attached by a cable was even in the destroyed box. Front wheels and handlebars were and whippped around and destroyed the rest of the bike ! On top of that it was the wrong model and wrong color ! They are looking into it . I wish I'd read this forum before I ordered it ! Wish me luck in the upcoming battle . Errrr

I took your advice and reported them to BBB . I don't feel like a heel at all i feel a little better . Tommorrow I report them to CT's State attorney general who is notorius for attacking out of state companys who prey on CT's finest . They have not heard the end of me , it may take some time and energy but i will get even . I have called at least 10 times already and will be continuing that until I get satisfaction. Along with any and all legal means possible . They picked the wrong guy to fight with . It's winter here I don't have alot to do after work , I go in early and get out early so I have time . I'm a pit bull when pissed off ! and I am pissed ! I knew from the get go i would have to basically take it apart to make it right , after all it is chinese. I didn't expect however all the damage and people who just don't care about the customer after the sale !
