I dont think any quads could pull your weight. Im on only 130 and it still strugles a bit. These quads all come with bad clutches that can burn out very quickly. If you do get a quad, make sure to replace it with a better clutch. search around the forum to see which one they recommend.
If you still have problems, can always, upgrade your pipe, carb, reed, and get a big bore kit. (im getting one for my mini dirt bike when I get it)
