Proper break in reccomendations?

Just curious guys...when you recieved the bikes-what ideal break in is required? Im thinking of getting one of these down the road soon.....curious to know what is required? Im thinking of a bikle like this...

Owning many pocketbikes....I would lock tite all bolts. What else? How often do you change gear oil? What type of gear oil?
