Cobra S4 !

I Just Bougth A Cobra S4 From Usa-pocket-bikes And When I Pullstart It The Wheels Automatical Go And The Engine Revs Very High. How To I Fix This ? And When I Start Should The Choke Be In The Up Or Down Position ?

o0k thankss..iinnn this caseee..would i ahev to turn the idlee(gold screw with spring) clockwise or counterclokwise andd dooo i ahve to adjsut the thrtle cabee and if soo clockwise or counterclockwise?

turn the throttle cable adjuster to where the calble is not loose and not tight then turning the idle screw in raises the idle the more you back it out the lower the idle so lefty loosy lowers idle.
