Cobra S4 issues

I recently recieved my cobra s4, and it was great fun while it lasted! I rode it for roughly an hour and a half when i got it, but then had to travel for a week. When i cam back, it would not start, in the sense that if i put the choke on, it would run, but if i took it off or gave it any gas, it would stall out!!! I played with the the idle speed, fuel line thingy switch, and even spoke to MPR. They said i needed to clean out the carb b/c gas would sometime leak out, plz HELP! I have no idea where it is, how to remove it, or how to clean it!

if gas has leaked out maybe the fuel tank is empty ?? Did you check that ??

yeah, i did. It only leacked a few drops and i checked the tank. I figured out what part of the carb i have to take off, but the two colt on either side of the "doggy bowl" are really tough to take off and i cant apply more pressure without twerking the bolts! WHAT NOW?

I had a similar problem. It would start and idle but when I gave it some gas it would die. I thought the carb was shot so I bought a new carb and intake for it. When I took it apart I noticed the intake manifold had a big crack in it.

if it only runs on choke that means your motor is starving for fuel. you need to turn your air fuel screw to the left to richen it up.
