Confused about Mixing Fuel

Hey Guys! Im a bit confused with fuel mixing ratios. I bought Cobra s4 and got this bottle to fill gas ...all it has 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 and 600 mark on the canister. Up to what point i fill in canister with Gas and until what point i fill in canister with oil ?? All i know first 5 tanks need one kind of mixture ratio and after that diff kind ratio. I dont want to destroy mini quad before i get to use it so please help me out here. I see theres plenty mini quad lovers here so im sure few of you are kind enough to help me out .

dont use those canisters, they are very inaccurate. get a ratio rite cup. they sell them at most motorcycle dealers.
