How to tighten cobra s4 chain.

can someone please post a video, pictures are just vividly explain to me how to tighten my chain on my s4, its pretty loose.

you can tighten it thirty times it will alwayse come loose the only way to fix it and i got one for my s4 is a kore chain tensioner there like 25 bux on e-bay then you can jump the sum ***** and it wont budge!!!!!
