Lightbulb Mini's can a brother get a hand?

hey i am looking to get a little dirt bike. Specifically the 49cc mini from checker, it looks like a perfect replica of the honda xr 50 i see only extremely minor differences but does anybody know anything about these little things(how they run if they are reliable ect.) I know BAT and ADA have a some upgrades for the XR 50's and i was wondering if any of those will fit on these. here is pics of the honda vs off brand. look at the similarity

I don't know too much about dirt bikes, but I'd find a nice used Honda CRF50 (or other name-brand dirt bike). I relize they're expensive, even used. If you were to get an off brand I'd just be careful of who you buy from. BAT's 70cc Honda replica is pretty reliable and is EXTREMELY cheap compared to name-brand, and almost all of the parts between the BAT 70CRF and the Honda CRF70F are interchangable. Just as comparision, my neighbor is selling his Suzuki JR50 for $500 (it was $1200 new, his son barely rode it, and comes with a helmet, if you're interested), and a name-brand 70cc would be selling for around $750+ used, and the BAT 70 is almost identicle to the Honda CRF70F, so basically you're getting a new Honda at used price. Hope I helped! Also, DO NOT buy ANY 50cc or less dirt bike with a pocketbike engine, you'll be VERY disapointed in performance, as they have hard times going through rougher terrain compared to any other dirt bike with the same enigne size.

That bike looks great, but I've never read any review or anything about it, you'd be better off buying from BAT for a guranteed reliable bike. I also don't know if the parts from BAT or ADA would work either, e-mail ADA Racing and/or PM badazztoyz.com to see if the parts will fit. It looks like a replica, but just be sure to look around, not necessarily for the best deal, though.

nfs nailed it. Most my parts will work on it however i will not guarantee it unless you buy from me cause there are still some motors out there that look similar using funky internal components. I got a pretty new crf here with about 3k dumped into it that my friend wants 1500 for. My 70cc crf replica dusts it too its kinda funny

forks arent gonna matter unless youre gonna do serious racing..stock crf forks arent that great and you can upgrade them both. Heres a pic of my replica next to a modded crf. Crf has 3k into it and this bike is stock and dusts it.

That is so close to a carbon copy it's not even funny. I'm I reading it right that you said the CRF replica stock will beat your real CRF with $3,000? Does Honda allow the Chinese to make such similar replicas?

That's scary. Just wait until they start making Ferrari replicas that go faster than the real thing. Hopefully I won't be around to see the day...

But doesn't Honda have patents on their design? If that is as close to a Honda as I can see, there out to be a lot of things that Honda could sue them on.

its manufactured outside of us..patents are harder to control on stuff like that however im sure soon it will happen. When my partner was in china, he told me about a lot of stuff being made that will blow your mind

So do all the upgrades for the china bikes work cam spark pipe etc? cdi? which ones work? or do the upgrades for the crf/xrs work? which ones? what kind of performance gains can i expect from all these items at what point is 50mph acheviable? what is the top stock? I may take you up on that price. What about this upgrade on the site that costs 80$ some kinda fork thing is that included in the 499 price?
