My Mini Quad Needs a Doctor!

Hi. I had lotsa fun with the stock bike ran like a charm
a little gutless but hey you can't ask for much from a cag
engine. one day the pinion cover exploded and chain locked up
Wow u shoulda seen the sparks it was beautiful like chineese
fireworks ! -Gun powder. from that point on the chain would never
stay on for longue "most likely due to the chain being garbage and
after that abuse just normal with these chineese chains."
so I had a pipe and the motor so my brother mounted it up
he's a milwright "industrial mechanic?" the old stocker was
so out of place on the frame it was sick.. like almost / :P
so he mounted up the C1 a/c with a pbu pipe " shipping took..
6-8 weeks!. he ligned up everything nice and square fully knowing
he is highly capable for the job "he built 2 mini wood Speed boats that carry 1 person built for 20hp engines". now the sproket obviously took a beating and even when pointed with a lazer it still almost revolves true.
well as true as can be but pinion's got the usual wobbles.. but noghting
too exessive. A fresh chain will last 10 20feet... but a hacked
different piece chain from old left over's lasts a little while.
now we believe "the rear spring dinky little shock" creates slack when compressed. like alot so even when the shock is compressed then the chain is tensioned. it still falls off im planning on replace that spring "with either an adjustable one it's 4'8inch's from eye to eye. And my brother
is designing an add on with delrin Chain rollers. but I wana save him some trouble incase it's just something stupide we over looked.
IT's loud it's fast it's nuts. first Gps trial my brother wasn't really running it hard cause it's a fresh engine and he was all disapoited that it did 28km/h when in fact he had it on mph. it'll do around 30 to 35mph.
and seriously u don't wana do that on a mini quad he says it's scary dangerous fast. Id really apreciate some feed back and help
3 pictures motor wasn't welded in at the time il have fresh images tonight! when he gets home from work. but for now 2 moded and 1 stock
image. thanks everyone sorry for the long annoying post just desperate for help trying to write down as much information as I can.

to guide the chain from the pinion and sproket
and since no ones go any idea's i figured I should start soon
