Spec-ing out the bike for me!!!

OK...
so i'm new to the pocket world...
what are the ideal specs on a bike that i would have tons of fun on?
i'm about 170lbs...
riding conditions are typically on packed dirt or grass (can be thick), some inclines...

Re: Spec-ing out the bike for me!!!

one of these with a nicely tuned motor
should be lotsa fun ! In winter drifting corners is blissfull !
the bike actually holds up good !
now if only I could keep a chain on it
but wonce that's sorted out !
hell yeah !

Re: Spec-ing out the bike for me!!!

does the bike you buy actually matter? i know silly question...but from what i can tell...no matter what bike i get, it'll need mods...true?

so basically, wouldn't i just need a frame...cause i'm going to wind up upgrading the engine...adding a pipe...performance clutch, etc...

please tell me if my thinking is off....

ah...is there a site where you can buy piece meal?
i'd love to go completely custom...well, without having to build my own frame...

Re: Spec-ing out the bike for me!!!

ya, they said my bike would go 40 (i knew it would never go that fast) and it goes 30 stock. so i'm assuming the quad will go 25-30 (hopefully).
