Suzuki 80 Atv That I Got For Free HELP!

ok i got a suzuki 80 atv for free today from some dude down the road he was like he was gonna throw it away or i could have it . so i pushed it home
and looked at it the first thing i did was change the batt. with a new one that i had laying around then i charged the batt. up now that its charged when i push the electric start it makes one click per time i push the button so is it the electric start or could it be something else. i noticed that that the electric start itself wasnt clicking it was a little black box under the seat Could that be stopping it from turning over ? also i noticed it doesnt have much oil (if any ) but there is some rght over top of the hole (inside the oil tank) what should i do next ?

Your best bet would be to go to one of the atv forums( google suzuki atv forum ), you would get much better advice at one of them then you would here. Suzuki is also a real company with dealers (unlike the chinese companies) so you could go to one of them, Suzuki dealerships are all over the place. You paid nothing for it so the repair charge would be your only cost, well worth it to get it running properly. Plus the should give you a guarentee on the work they perform.
