Thinking of buying a cobra S4, and I have a few quick ?'s

Alright, I'm gonna have the money to buy a cobra s4 and full face helmet in the next few days and I have a few questions...

1. Is usa-pocket-bikes.com a reliable site?
2. What are some pros/cons of the cobra s4
3. Is there anywhere good to ride anywhere remotely near southern NY (Westchester County)
4. I heard the cobra s4 has accelleration problems, does this happen with yours?
5. And finally, what other accessories would I need to start riding.

Don,t But From Mini Pocket Rockets, Purchased A Evolution Iv In May, Instead, Got A Cobra S4, Was Told The Otherws Were Out Of Stock. Upon Opening The Carton, The Quad Wasn't Bolted Down, Had A Bent Fron Spindle, Broken Rear Fender No Owners Operating Manual,no Stickers. Called That Evening, Was Told The Replacement Parts Would Be Shipped Next Day, I Filled Out And Sent The Rma Form Describing The Problem.
After Two Weeks, And No Parts I Called Them, And Advised Them Thi Was My Daughters Birthdat Gift, And She Hadn't Ridden It Yet, What Was The Hold Up? The Lady On The Phone Was A Ture To Say7 The Least, I Was Told Customer Satisfaction Didn't Matter, And There Was Nothing I Coild Do About It.
I (aft Some Time Of Telling Her To Transfer Me To Her Boss I Got His Voice Mail, Left A Messgae To Call Me, They Havn't Yet, I Cansend Copies Of All Above Messages, Bottom Line, Dont Buy It, I'm Now Waiting On The Attorny General To Contack Me...
