Re: ratbike(RAZOR-mod)

does any one know if a 6.5 rim has a 10" tire on it like the 4" rims, couse all the bikes i have seen using the standard 6.5" rims all have a low profile look to them, i think they may have a 10" tire on them too?

why?......

"couse i cant find 4" tires that have a speed rating higher then the stock ones"

Q: can some one with a XP-700 check the rim and tire size.......

Re: ratbike(RAZOR-mod)

My xp700 has a 12" dia tire size I'm guess the rims are probably 9" or so. But I will check it when I get home if you want. **** I forgot about that on the razor. You got some little tires huh. Your going to need to spin some serious rpms to get that thing moving. I have faith you can do it though.

Re: ratbike(RAZOR-mod)

I saw surf dumped the xp700 lol he has in his pocketbike sig that xp700's suck. I made a comment in another post of his on his club page. lol (that was great by the way.) good lauigh. anyway. I told him that my xp700 would smoke his razor only using half my power band. lol Then I felt bad (sarcasim) cause he said that I was a hella cool guy on his site. Thanks surf. Your the Performance or nothing man. But I guess I'm the upgrade manager. Thats cool. I like that. I'm actually really excited to see what exon's bike can do.

Re: ratbike(RAZOR-mod)

yeah. Actually, now I'm getting the XP running. I just bought the batteries. Also, I fell off the razor. I was trying to do this one thing this kid in my neighborhood does sticking his legs out. I landed hard, very hard. Burns on my back, cuts on my knee, elbows, and shoulder. Also, got a bruise on my head. Screw that kid. The bike did 3 flips, then popped up into the air and dropped. It's ok though

Re: ratbike(RAZOR-mod)

holy cow dude....

it aint a stunt bike, lol

realy check over the frame for any cracks in the paint,
couse if the paint is cracked you had bent the frame rails and or broke a weld free......no joke, do this befor you ride agen......if the frame falls apart while you are riding, you may get jagged by a frame rail(that will mess you up bad)

Re: ratbike(RAZOR-mod)

I checked the bike for cracks. Nothing but a little plastic scrapes. I'm planning on getting a 24 volt 350watt motor for my bike. Could that handle a 36volt MX500 controller?? Also, how much should that increase my speed by???

Re: ratbike(RAZOR-mod)

i do belive i got 6-8 extra mph for the extra 12 volts...
the 350 watt motor will give you more power off the line but may only add 2-4 mph, but get a after market motor gear, you should be able to take it over 30 mph..you see the razor has an advantage, with the small tires it can spin them faster thenthe normal pocket bikes(gets up to speed faster), but just be very careful my razor does not turn as well as it did stock......

Re: ratbike(RAZOR-mod)

There is a nut on the end of the drive shaft. It takes alittle power to get it off but it will unscrew then you can take the sprocket on and off. It's really easy....Once you get that **** nut loose. lol
