As I sit here finishing off another glass of "three philosophers" I contemplate absolute top speed.. I have here, sitting on my poor excuse for a work bench, one razor pw200. The abysmal performance of the factory ride has been enhanced by a 36 volt 350 watt motor, a 100 amp speed controller and 54 volts of the the good stuff. while i daydream of rocketing down the front straight of willow springs, i can only wonder as to the true top speed of my blood red steed. I have hired a jockey of sorts, a 130 pound bird lady for the challenging job of holding the razor flat, (on level ground of cource) and i have purchased a radar gun for accurate velocity measurement.. In a couple days, when the weather clears, a top speed test is in order.... So my question to the group is.... How fast can the bird go afixed to this rocket sled razor?? another lambic is in order .. cheers!!!
ok lol will you be using one wing or two wings on your rocket bird sled...lol anyway, waddle your way over to tncscooters and pick up a 750 make a brace for the motor and put it together and off you go (well your tiny lady) safe speed for that razor i'd stay @ 30mph if your lady friend p@sses you off send her doing 45 btw foooooooooooooorrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeeeeee........
Im aware of that, because i read the post. Someone who has dealt with these bikes and electric engines says over 30, in the 45mph range. So you, as smart as you are, say no, 20mph??? I dont know what is wrong with minimotoracer311, but he sure is giving senior members a bad name. I think you should re-read the post by aproldan minimotoracer. Cateye2 seems like a knowledgeable person and he also has a nice temperment, and disposition. And it seems that he is the one kno is now banned, go figure.... By the way, you were right on cateye2 I could only muster 23 pathetic miles per hour out of my razor, aproldans' suggestion of buying a bigger motor, must come to fruition, if this little devil is going to run with any authority..........
