How do I paint a bike?

How would I go about painting my bike? I notice that you guys have custom paint jobs, like different kinds of lines and stuff. So how would I paint mine? I take off the frame, right? And what kind of tools do I use? And what's the best paint.

If i was you mate i would get it taken into a shop to have it done. you can assure it will look like you wanted it to when theyve finished

try fiberglass spray paint i used it on a snowboard top once and it looked great if it's good enough for a fiberglass snowboard it's good enough for a plastic pocket bike shell.

i used dupli color mirage paint and it looks sweet only one around my area with that paint job it turns from purple to blue to gold
