You have to do like this:
Scuff the paint with 600 grit wet. Sand untill all the shine is gone.
Then spray plastic primer.
Wet sand the primer with 600 or 1000 grit, depending on how bad your orange peel is. Some plastic primers you only have to use a very thin coat, then you don't have to sand it. But always read the back of the spraycan!
When the primer is smooth then spray your color.
Then wetsand your color with 1000 grit wet, untill all the orange peel is gone.
Then spray clearcoat. You need to spray 3-5 coats. Because rattlecan clear is pretty thin... So if you have a thin layer, you wont be able to sand it.
Then sand your clearcoat with 1000 grit, 1500 grit and 2000 grit untill it's completly flat.
Then use a buffer and some rubbing compound to get the shine back, or give it another layer of clear coat.
That's how you do it :-)
