painting tommarow


got the frame on my bike almost ready for paint im doing the frame wheels tires and front legs dupilcolors grabber green the trees and all body work will be black i'll get pics of the frame when i get home and i'll start on the fairings once all the body work is done

question is flat black or gloss?

ok so i decided to do just the frame and legs and exhaust can the duplicolor grabber green

but because some kids were screwing around in shop and bondoed a locker shut i have to wait a bit on the boddy

and im not sure on the wheels anymore

also this is kinda gonna be a pit bike for when me and my friend race our cars

yup duplicolor grabber green engine paint...semi ceramic coating i have to redo it all this summer
i also need to repaint the rest of the exhaust

my avitar and the pic up above it the frame im doing led headlights and brake lights turn signals all custom made...when i start cutting the fairings i'll get some pics...its a full fairing and those will be flat black

should look alrite,,,are u using green leds,,,are u going to clearcoat the frame,,its looking abit dull

got the areas for the lights ready to be cut out...turns and heads will fit in the same place...just not sure what im gonna use to cut em

i used a dremel type drill with 1" cutting wheel to cut ma seat fairing,,,,went tru it like butter lol,,,anyway if ur just using leds all u need to do is mark the shape ov ur headlights mark all the holes enenly inside and drill led size holes

well im gonna use halogens for the heads and led for the signals...im gonna make light buckets on it i got the area where the light is going etched out..now i need to find my dremel...and you bike looks good nice to see someone took my advice

yea exhaust sounds tricky but av got all the time in the world,,,were u mounting the the battery pack

if i do an exhaust like urs i will have plenty of room under the seat for a pack im also gonna replace the kill switch with a key so no one rides it when im not around

when uve cut that piece out how u gona mount the lights,,,,,are you using round lights?? any pics ov ur light set up,,,look what uve gone and done now i wana have ago haha think av got a spare fairing

once those are cut out im gonna form a peice of thin lexan in and make custom light buckets...the lights will be car signal lights..im in auto body in school so i can get little things like that free....brake light is almost done..i'll have pics of that up as soon as all the glue dries
