That swingarm can be obtained by spot welding some thin sheet metal to cover the area desired and finished off with body filler.

Tight!!! .... Bike looks great luv the Swingarm is it a solid swingarm or just cover with sheet metal? Luv the paint Black rims looks good, but I think if you put a white pin strip around the outside lip of the rim it would give the rim more of a pop and would look great.

Did you fab up that swing arm or did you buy it? also what about that carbon fiber swing arm, are you going to paint it to look like CF or make or buy one that way? i LOVE the bike and im just starting to get into this whole mini moto thing, i have a 03 zx6r and just think it is sweet how you can do so much on these little bikes as you can with full size ones. i have a feeling that when i get around to painting some of these they are going to be really nice since i have some experiance in automotive painting.
