Re: car spark pug

The sparkplug in your X-22 cannot come from a car...........Its a cheap piece of chinese crap for sure..............Try getting a new C7HSA sparkplug from PepBoys.PepBoys sells Baja dirtbikes that use the Honda Based engine........

After you get the new sparkplug snap it in the plug boot........hold it away from a good ground about 1/2"-3/4" and crank the engine.......If the spark can jump the gap;-the coil is good...........If it cant;-the coil needs replacing........

opening up the carb on these bikes is a way of life with owning a superbike;-.........theres regular cleanings/float resets and jet changes..............the faster you tackle it and get acquainted with it ;-the better off you will be................Peace
