Cleaning stock carb tutorial

Here is a tutorial on cleaning the stock carb I made, not the best, but I'm sure someone could use it.

what does the differnt size jets do?, and how hard should you tighten it back in?

i just bought the race ported stock carb ww220 - Race Ported 47cc Stock Carburetor + FREE Jet Pack
what jet should i use, i live in ottawa its sorta hot but really humid. and are the extra jets included main jets or the retainer jet?
is this a good buy?
and again how tight should i put the retainer and main jet in???

LOL ......that's why you PAY ATTENTION to how you took it apart in the first place!!!

Okay, let's assume you have it like TOTALLY apart, with all the pieces.

Flip the carb upside down. Drop your float needle in the hole on the side, attach your float forks to the top of the float needle, and put the pin back in to hold it in place.

Screw your main jet and the needle tube back into place (that's the hole in the center of the carb). **Did I just say screw your main jet ..?????*

Set your float over the main jet, resting on the float forks. Take the float bowl, and put it back on.

Flip the carb over, right-side-up. Idle screw (one with the spring on it goes in at an angle on the opposite side of the petcock. If you pulled the petcock off the carb, make sure the rubber ring on the bottom is straight, and put it back on.

On the end of your throttle cable, you should have these things in order from the top down:
Rubber boot
Throttle adjuster (the brass thing that the cable goes through on top)
Carburetor top cap ('nuff said)
Throttle return spring (obvious)
Throttle slide (black cylinder)
Half-moon clip, c-clip and throttle needle (at bottom inside cylinder, needle poking out)

On the throttle slide, there is a long groove where you attach your cable, and a small cutout section on the opposite side. The cutout side goes on the idle screw side, the groove goes on the petcock side. Be careful when you put the carb together that you do not reverse this! (And please do NOT ask me how I figured this one out .... Juantio loves this story!) Screw the top cap back onto the carb, and you should be done, except for attaching it to the engine and putting on the air filter.
