| Engine boggs down with load
I'm at a loss as to what the problem is... I have a Giovanni full faring PB, 49cc reed motor. Had problems before with stock carb so I replaced it a while back with a Walbro 603 carb with new intake. Also changed stock metal reed to ADA racing one. Shortly after adding new carb started having problems again. Bike starts easily and runs perfect on the stand dry reving it. Go to ride it and have to slowly give it throttle or will stall if give it too much. After it warms up and gets hot then cant ride it at all just boggs out when give it gas, but will still start up and run on the stand no problem! Acts to me like a fuel or carb problem, but I tuned the jets on the carb many times and doesnt help the problem, I;m faily confident its not the carb. I have changed the spark plug and bike ran better than ever has for one tank then started with bogging problem again under load. What else could the problem be??? Ingnition coil? Bad compression? (what is compression supposed to be?) clogged fuel port into the head?
