pocket bike misc. questions

this is for all you smart ones out there...i just got a used pocket bike...

idk if da pic will load.....but its the pic on my profile
...what kind is it (name)...
...how fast does it usually go...
...it goes only 15 and speedometer shuts off...
...it doesnt seem to have much power how can i change it?
