Powder coat is the way to go. But if you have a brother that has been working in a autobody shop for 20 years like me, Base coat , clear coat, auto paint works pretty good too.

I have really been surprised with the amount of power I was able to get out of a stock 49cc cag engine. Most the mods I did to my stock 49cc was dremmel work ( porting and polishing, carb, intake, and cylinder head ).
I found my stock clutch (brand new bell and pads ) slips allot. My 2 shoe HP adjustable clutch also slips allot ( when I get on the throttle out of a turn ), not sure what to do about this problem yet, still working on it.
